Corporate Vice President International Sales

The company operates worldwide with leading brands in major business sectors in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Target : € 20 billion euros sales (Global turnover)

The position is on a business sector which represents around 30 % of the global turnover (around + 5 % organic sales growth).
Offre :

1. To continuously develop all Company’s Sales organizations to a higher level in terms of capabilities (strategies, tools, processes, skills, standards, and execution) in order to tap the full business potential of all trade channels

2. Be/become preferred supplier for defined strategic customers


1. Develop and regularly update Global Sales OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures) and overall trade channel strategies
2. Define and update Sales Organization Blueprint & Processes and track compliance
3. Ensure global implementation of "Account Management Excellence"
4. Steer International Key Accounts via BtoB/Top to Top relationship, value adding internat. contracts, regular business review meetings and joint projects
5. Ensure global implementation of Distributor Operations Standards
6. Develop and implement Trade Spend Guidelines
7. Initiate and steer projects to drive Sales and Profit Growth
8. Develop, implement and run a Global Customer Center

Profil :

Professional experience: Only applications of professional experts in the FMCG sector, predominantly sales, marketing & trade marketing with international assignment will be considered.

- Minimum 15 years of experience within leading companies in Branded Consumer Goods business (FMCG). This skill is mandatory.

- Successful track record in steering international customers (e.g. Walmart, Carrefour, Tesco, Aldi, Rewe, Metro, Edeka, Leclerc...) - This skill is mandatory.

- Expertise in customer marketing/category management/trade marketing acquired in leading companies recognized for the excellence of their processes. This skill is mandatory.

- Successful track record in developing business in emerging markets (>40 %
of the company's sales generated in the emerging markets)

- Marketing experience and international assignment . Mandatory skill (ideally as country manager)

EDUCATION : Business School or equivalent, International MBA
